As much as Stede always admired the legendary Blackbeard, as soon as they met he saw the man behind the legend hurting and he really suggested with his whole chest that history’s greatest pirate retire like he couldn’t even believe he was saying it but within minutes he had compassion for the person and prioritised him completely over the persona and I have some feeling about it today
ed should be allowed leisurely mornings. waking up at dawn and falling in and out of slumber in his boyfriend’s arms until it’s time to get up. breakfasts in bed, stede’s robe wrapped around his shoulders, his hair up. toast, marmalade, tea in exquisite little cups. plans for the day, with no dangers or risks included. nothing threatening to interrupt their peace. nothing at all.
I was talking to my dad about renewable energy and he was like “the only problem with solar farms is they take up so much space.”
And it made me think about a city and how much sun exposure all the rooftops in a city get and…why not just make the city it’s own solar farm by putting solar panels on every rooftop?
